Refund Policy

Because all LoudPrintz products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once production has started.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before mockup approval and before production begins.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom printed apparel
  • Custom embroidery products
  • Digitized logo services
  • Design setup fees

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
