We will convert and digitize your artwork. You will receive final mockups and stitching proofs for approval and feedback before your hats are stitched.
Mock-up can take up to 48 hrs. (business days) to send out. Depends on the demand we have daily.
Production time is 7-12 business days after we receive you mock up approval.
Shipping time is between 3 to 4 days business days. after production
UNLIMITED Stitch count, No mater how many stitches is your design there is no extra cost.

Please keep in mind that really small details do not work well for embroidery. Very small text and details will need to be removed from some designs. LESS IS MORE when it comes to embroidery designs.

Our standard sizing for Centered designs is 2.5" tall and 4.5" wide
If you would like different dimensions and your artwork will work for it, please let us know in the order notes. The maximum embroidery field size is 5." wide by 2.5" tall.
